Services

We provide patio installation, landscaping, groundwork, and related services across Hertfordshire. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on site conditions and material supply.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Prices may vary if site conditions differ from those described.
Any additional works requested will be charged separately.

Payments

A deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Payments must be made by bank transfer, card, or other approved method.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before work begins.
If materials have been ordered, their cost may be deducted from any refund.
Once work has started, cancellation fees may apply.

Workmanship Guarantee

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months unless otherwise stated.
Guarantee excludes natural wear and tear, misuse, poor maintenance, or damage caused by external factors.

Liability

Guardian Shield LTD is not liable for pre-existing property issues, delays caused by external factors, or indirect losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence.

Website Use

All website content belongs to Guardian Shield LTD and may not be copied without permission.
We make efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
